The Assessment

Your nervous system built something. This helps you name it.

The Your Survival Code Assessment identifies the primary patterns your nervous system developed to manage threat, maintain attachment, and stay safe under pressure. It is not a personality test. It is not a diagnosis. It is a mirror, one that reflects the intelligent, adaptive strategies your body built before you were old enough to choose them.

The assessment takes ten minutes. The report you receive after will give you language for patterns you have been living for years. Most people read it and say some version of the same thing: I didn't know this had a name.

What You Get

Your report includes

  • Your primary Survival Identity and two secondary patterns
  • A full explanation of where each pattern came from, what it costs you now, and what healing looks like
  • Your most likely overdrive loop: the combination that activates under real pressure
  • Containment strategies your system uses when the primary patterns are running hard

This report is for understanding yourself. Not for explaining other people to themselves. The language here is yours to hold, not yours to hand to others as an interpretation of their behavior.

What you built was not a flaw. These patterns did not form because something was wrong with you. They formed because something was wrong around you.

The Model

Built on the Survival Identity Framework

The assessment is one application of a larger model. If you want to understand the architecture behind what you are reading in your report, the Framework is where that lives.
